Satan’s Shadow in Abrahamic Religions
Clerics’ Defiance of God’s Creation Sabbath Day Mandate in Celebrating Charles Darwin’s Evolution Day in Their Places of Worship.
The GCSD commandment is the evidence of God’s desire for fellowship with his creations on a regular basis.
It is the only moral commandment that specifically addresses the origin of the universe and life, lending evidential support to the Genesis account of primal creation that most scholars dismiss as mythology. Satan’s goal is to have the secular and religious world perceive the GCSD commandment as nothing more than an obsolete Jewish custom.
As a moral law, its oral and written presentation by God is proof of God’s existence, evidence that God claimed credit for having created the world, and confirmation that the six days of creation are literal. Hence, the GCSD mandate is God’s direct rebuttal to Charles Darwin’s theory of evolution.
The GCSD legislation is the reason for the world’s seven-day week. Satan’s attempts through secular governments, such as the Soviet Union, to reject the seven-day week and instead adopt a five-day and six-day week were all futile. To affirm its mysterious origin, science reveals that key biological functions in human beings, plants, insects, and animals follow a seven-day biorhythmic cycle.
Without the seventh day of rest, which isolates the beginning of the first day of creation from the end of the sixth day of creation, there will be no closure for our seventh day week. In this sense, God’s rest signifies completion, rather than fatigue, in his task of creating the world.
Although the three Abrahamic religions are unanimous in their endorsement of Charles Darwin’s theory of evolution as a foundational truth, they are divided on the question of promoting the GCSD commandment and covenant as the ultimate evidence against the evolutionist worldview. All three religions in the Clergy Letter Project established by atheist Michael Zimmerman instead maintain that they do not adhere to a literal interpretation of the biblical or scriptural account of creation. What else can a moral commandment from God be except literal? As a result, there is a strong correlation between rejection of God’s Creation Sabbath Day mandate and belief in the theory of evolution as foundational truth.

“First, why would God classify a commandment that is supposed to be temporary among a set of moral commandments that are everlasting?”
Author and instructor Ebifegha here arrays a nearly encyclopedic range of corroborations, both historical and biblical, to bring his powerful theme to full light. God ordained the observance of the Sabbath as the seventh day, which is Saturday as taught to and observed by the earliest Israelite peoples, but a gradual shift to a Sunday observance of God’s holy day of rest and remembrance—the work, the author asserts, of Satan—has weakened both the beliefs and the faith of its followers. Ebifegha utilizes his own term for the most sacred day of the week, calling it GCSD (“God’s Creation Sabbath Day”), further emphasizing the biblical truth that after creating the world—its lands, seas, animals, plants, and its human occupants—the Lord designated a day of rest, set aside for contemplation and worship. This designation was underscored powerfully from its position as the cornertone of the Ten Commandments given by God to Moses. Therefore, it is as significant and demanding of true obedience as the other nine in what is often called the Decalogue.
Jesus brought further emphasis to the importance of obeying the will of God, and undeniably he “did not abolish the GCSD.” Therefore, he would have encouraged and maintained its observance among his close disciples. However, as the Christian church grew and spread, Satan’s plan to confuse and confute the purpose of the Sabbath began to take hold, resulting in a switch to Sunday as the preferred day, and the weakening of the observances associated with it. One primary influence in this watering down process was the science presented by Charles Darwin that has caused many Christians to rethink and doubt the entire creation story as set forth in scripture. Numerous church groups even celebrate the birthday of Darwin as “Evolution Sunday,” clear evidence of their doubt and mistrust of holy scripture.
To make his case credible, Ebifegha, who holds both a higher education certificate in religious studies and a doctorate in physics, draws from a multitude of sources, including fellow Christian writers, both supportive of and in disagreement with his central thesis. His judicial use of biblical quotations and references provide a consistent framework for his intelligently presented ideas. A notable example of what the author claims as proof of the eponymous shadow of evil hovering over current-era Christianity is the work of “atheist Michael Zimmerman” and his cohort. Among the cohort are clerics of Judaism, Christianity and Islam, all proponents of Darwin’s theory of evolution as a “foundational scientific truth.”
The author passionately argues that the absolute holiness of the Sabbath as recorded in the Book of Genesis is pivotal to the maintenance of faith among Abrahamic peoples, and the weakening of that principle is an attack on the bedrock of the biblical account, in which God’s great work was completed in six days, with the seventh set aside for rest and holy purpose. As set forth in Ebifegha’s admirable treatise, all Christians are enjoined to keep God’s Ten Commandments, the first of which, given in written form on tablets of stone, is the honor that is to be applied to the Sabbath. Ebifegha’s strong defense of scriptural truth can provide motivation for Christian study among those seeking a deeper support for the faith-based concepts he so vigorously examines.

Evolution is definitely possible; however, no one talks about where the raw materials for evolution came from. The evolution vs. creation conversation has been ongoing for years. With each side clinging to their opinions and beliefs, never letting go. Author Michael Ebifegha chimes in with his own contribution to the conversation. He believes that discrediting the creation idea is Satan’s way of turning human beings away from God. There is some truth to this. Both creation and evolution could be true. But many are focused on taking either side with the pro-evolution side rejecting any and all possibility of God’s six days of creation. He also discusses, in detail, other subjects of Christianity like the Sabbath as well as the controversy surrounding the commandment about observing the Sabbath.
The author of this book does not simply expect the reader to believe him because he wrote and published a book. He backs his opinions and declarations with Bible verses. His stance on how the world came to be is pro-creation and he takes the time to explain his side of the argument with patience and in simple language. While he speaks firmly against those who intentionally misunderstand the Sabbath law and baselessly dismiss the creation theory, he does not chastise the reader for not realizing the origin of these subjects within the Bible. His is a passionate explanation of how these subjects interrelate. The author does not write from a fanatical standpoint as many have done, he acknowledges other sources of information and even refers to Darwin and Albert Einstein. Clearly, what he lacks in credibility he more than makes up for in his extensive research.
This is a well-written book with important information and contributes to two long-standing debates. However, the author has labeled his book with a very long title. The choice of words in the title can be a little daunting. However, we have always been warned against judging a book by its cover. Reading beyond the title will reveal an interesting subject written beautifully and backed heavily by scripture.
The Bible can be confusing to read as one may not always find exactly what they are looking for. This book is a guide to finding which sections of the Bible discuss how the world came to be as well as the law of the Sabbath. Therefore, it is a book meant for anyone who has ever been caught in the crossfire between people who believe the Sabbath is meant only for Jews, or those who were passionately discussing creation vs. evolution. This book provides a deeper and more detailed understanding of these two subjects. The book also highlights, quite significantly, that subjects are not limited to certain books of the Bible. For example, how many people believe creation is only discussed in Genesis.
Most importantly, the reader will gain a higher appreciation for their faith, and God in general after reading this book. For his calm, inspiring and convincing discussion of the subject as well as his dedication that drove him to scour the Bible for every bit of God’s word that made Satan’s Shadow in Abrahamic Religions what it is.

Satan’s Shadow in Abrahamic Religions: Clerics’ Defiance of God’s Creation Sabbath Day Mandate in Celebrating Charles Darwin’s Evolution Day in Their Places of Worship by author Michael Ebifegha is a comprehensive Christian publication which looks to relay an impartial articulation of the pertinence of God’s Creation Sabbath Day (GCSD), to the populace who may have shunned it and to dilate the understanding of people who presently recognize it.
Author Ebifegha indicates that currently many people are perceiving God’s six days of creation stipulated in the Moses commandments as a myth. He feels that putting an end to the memorial of divine creation from peoples’ senses has sadly kept ajar a door that accommodates competing theories such as Charles Darwin’s theory of evolution, as foundational scientific truth. In not recognizing God’s six days of creation as literal facts, he believes humankind plunges into the sin of contending to be additionally wiser than God.
In his research, Ebifegha has come across scholarly works which try to make a case for whether the GCSD law stays binding or has been supplanted, a debate that invariably focuses on the suitable day of Christian deification while paying little attention to the verity that the Sabbath commandment is God’s law on origins. He feels Satan has made the case of Sabbath adherence the main battlefield, making sense of why God did not want to leave the subject of human origins in the hands of evolutionists whose intent is to encourage materialism.
‘Is it a sin to not keep the Sabbath?’ This is a highly argued topic that the majority of people maintain to be a directive from the old mosaic covenant which is already gone. These and many other similar notions have been exhibited as pseudo-theological stands, which the author finds erroneous and which he expects this publication will convince people to drop. Much of the shared insight may require a reader to first shift their standpoint to fully grasp his meticulous findings and unsearchable truths regarding the presents of a Deity who has not changed since the beginning of the world.
This text can be read by anyone who wishes to understand the GCSD mandate better, as well as those who desire to generally grow their faith. Simple, cozy, but highly factual, best describe this illuminating read. Satan’s Shadow in Abrahamic Religions: Clerics’ Defiance of God’s Creation Sabbath Day Mandate in Celebrating Charles Darwin’s Evolution Day in Their Places of Worship is, a remarkable resource that Christian homes, churches, and evangelistic groups will want to keep as a handy tool for teaching current and future generations of the ancient but crucial ways of the Lord.
